the Batholomew clan as i know of is from the shichibukai "Batholomew Kuma" in one piece. His special ability come from him eating the paw paw fruit which allows him to repel matter.
His first appearance is on that largest boat(can't remember but i know was controlled by gekko moria, another shichibukai) where he made people and ghosts disappear just by touching them. His nature of fruit is only well known when he saved the Mugiwara at archipelago from kizaru and the pacifistas.

He as paw embossed on his palms which when he removes his gloves, he is able to repel anything he touches even himself.
Also can repel pain as seen when Moria almost killed luffy.

The clan is said to dwell at the outskirt of Kirigakure and are known to serve themselves, aid kirigakure in war and mainly they are full of self confidence and are well known for fighting till their dying breath without surroundering or fleeing.

It is also made known that there are no ranks in the clan and once a lower member unlocks his paw abilities, must be tutored from the leaders of the clan.

i remove my gloves revealing my paws then i place my right paw on the boulder. Then i begin to channel a good amount of chakra into the paw. Having kneaded the right amount of chakra, i push the boulder at blistering speed by the repelling the air around it.

My hand hurts at my first try but now that sensei said i should keep trying, i am encouraged, i place same hand on another boulder then charges chakra into the paw then with a burst, i repel the air around the boulder pushing it at immense speed to clash into a large tree in a far distance north west of me. I hope sensei sees that. Lol^^

Description: This is a very complex jutsu the bartholomew clan members use, The jutsu itself has two variates. The first is simpler but harder to use, so hard in fact that only bartholomew clan legends can perform it. The user will place his paw on his own body, using the power of the paws he will literally repel his own body to a desired location. Because of the immense speed of the repelling, it appears that the user is literally teleporting to a desired location. However this is not the case, the user is actually repelling himself, thus moving(not actually walking like the second variate of the jutsu) at extremely fast speeds to the desired location. Almost as fast(but not quite as fast) as madara's teleportation. The second variate of the jutsu is more complex but easier to use, The user will use the powers of the paws and repel the friction in the air. They then simply run without friction. Despite their weight most Bartholomew clan members are surprisingly fast, so if they were to run without friction, in fact if anyone were to run without friction their speeds would be insanely fast.
~both variates of the technique can only be used 2 times per battle (meaning overall 4 times). 2 for the near-teleportation and 2 for running without friction)
~The first variate of the technique can only be used by bartholomew legends
~only one paw arts jutsu in the same turn
