Loved him in the F&F serie.. He and his Skyline were the reason I loved Cars and NFS games. So sad.. GREAT MAN.

At first glance, it might seem ironic that he died in a car crash. But he had his own race team and was a semi professional race driver. Yes he's world wide known for his F&F franchise. But that's not all he's done. Varsity Blues. She's All that. Guys been acting since he was knee high to a duck's ass.

It's not why they are celebrities that I remember them, but how they used their celebrity status. He was a philanthropist. I think he was an all around decent guy. Seemed like he didn't have oversized ego and other than the F&F films, he really didn't negatively influence the public.

My favorite movie from him was Eight Below. RIP

Just found out today that he died and it's shocking. After this sad news it really is time to shut down the Fast and Furious franchise.
