Even if Minato knew that mask man was Obito
Minato could not do anything, as Obito had made up his mind on his objective.
No turning point, as when Obito was fighting Naruto & Sasuke.
Beside, Obito could used his 'special' kamui jutsu.
And Madara did something on Obito as preventive measure. This was mentioned that Obito cannot allow to die.
Even, if Minato do knew about Obito, he cannot rely this information to 3rd Hokage.

His size and voice were obviously changed to match Madara. Heck, during Kisame's flashback, he looks like the real Madara with a mask. So, how was Minato supposed to really recognize him? Certainly not through his fighting style, as it revolves completely around Kamui, a MS power Obito did not have around Minato. So really, there was absolutely nothing to go with for Minato to even suspect that this was his supposedly dead student. your start that is the basic of your agrument is flawed = saying that Obito imitated Madara's voice is just an unproved opnion from yours...there no manga panel that explains how obito managed to imitate madara's voice !
