Paths of Pain

During the Pain Arc, we learned that the Paths of Pain were regular shinobi before they were Paths. Could Edo Tensei bring the Paths back to life? Would the Paths still have the Rinnegan or would they have their normal eyes?

Not quite. The rinnegan is just Nagato seeing from their eyes. Like if Kakuzu could see threw Hidan's eyes, then Hidan would have Kakuzu's green pupilless eyes. Just an example.

Edo Tensei could bring the people back to life, but not with rinnegan. Unless they're being manipulated by a rinnegan user, of course.

Yes, cuz they would only have Rinnegan if they were under the influence of a Rinnegan user.

But it depends actually. If they were revived with Rinnegan DNA, they would have it. If they were revived without it, they would have their normal body's abilities.

Rinnegan DNA??Meaning??

I don't think they would have the paths abilities neither the rinnegan.The would come back with the abilities they had before they die.The bodies were dead before used as paths and the edo revives you with the abilities you had prior death.

It can surely bring them back but I am not sure about Rinnegan bcoz their rinnegan was nothing but a chakra copy of nagato's eyes.It was due to the chakra recivers due to which the eyes of the paths imitated rinnegan.
And regarding summons I think they got the rinnegan bcoz nagato's animal path would have transfered some chakra to them while summoning them.
