first off ten ten used the fan like 3 times and was about to pass out, plus the fan alone cant beat madara because the fan in her hands was barely able to kill the zetsu clones she was fighting and if u think she can wield the fan+gourd+arm thingy then u are wrong, the chakra consumption is too much for her
