if i am not mistaken, i believe i created 3 versions of this. pretty much water version of gaara's. (Mizu Taisou)-Imperial Water Burial allows you to crush multiple opponents at once, like the target and his clones, thats if they are all covered in one giant water bubble or in multiple bubbles.

Cool. For that boiling jutsu would the waters rise in temperature be pretty quick? And would it harm the user

Description:the user boils the water at a really really high temp, so that it cannot be frozen..... all water jutsus performed on/in the boiling water is really hot (cannot be frozen), if the opponent is under water they will be boiled...(it last for 10 or 20 turns and i can use it twice)

yes it will cause the user harm as long as you are not in it.
