Particle Jutsu Vs. Tsunade's Regeneration

So Ooniki and Muu both know particle style, they can both destroy people on a molecular level...
But what would happen if tsunade was using her regeneration technique when that happened, would she be totally torn apart - or instead would she be able to regenerate

It might sound like a stupid question but stupider stuff has happened within the series.
