The Tsunade that fought with Jiraiya against Orochimaru and Manda came over that fear.But if you're talking about that Tsunade then Kakuzu wins.Edit: Take that last bit back, the Sanin still wins.
even if they aren't 100% there's no way Kakuzu can solo them
btw from what we've seen: armless Oro is basically a healthy Oro without ET
Kakuzu can most likely take him out same goes for Tsunade and maybe drugged Jman but soloing their teamwork is a different story
Well im assuming none of them can summon if they can ..they win ,However part one tsunade means that she is afraid of blood .. So if kakuzu is able to bring blood she would be a non factor for the beginning of this fight ... If Kakuzu can take out one of them in this time that means his chances are higher ... It also depends on if oro's kusanagi pierces Domu..
If kakuzu resorts too long range mode after paralyzing tsunade .. and keeps his lightning heart active then he could take this i mean earth swamp is really useless seeing as kakuzu would still be able to manipulate his threads in to powerful long range attacks

Not to mention his lightning heart will still be able to function on its own .. and he could let the other two out if need be .. although if he were smart he would leave one in as a counter to their Quick close range jutsu .. ( rasengan, Oro's neck extension with Kusunagi) As if they tried which ever heart is left could do this

Also being part one doesn't change the fact that oro and tsunade are a pain in the ass to take down .. their still incredibly durable ... If kakuzu's stamina holds up i ( which he has shown good stamina feats) think he has a chance ( Jiraiya would be the first to go seeing how he only has showed two jutsu besides his summoning when drugged) The swamp.. and the Needle jizzo which are basically useless.. So he dies fairly quickly
