Lol at people who are saying that Sasuke wins because his speed is "on par" with Lee's. First off, Gai said that his speed is about the same level of speed as weightless (not gated) PART ONE Lee. Also the data book shows us that Sasuke's speed is underneath base Lee's so the about that Gai was referring to was just a rough estimation, not an exact value.

The same Lee whose speed, even with the first gate, was effortlessly countered by a base Kimimaro. The same Kimimaro who is a pawn/minion of Orochimaru, someone who was forced to run away from Tsunade.

For these reasons, it is highly unlikely that part one Sasuke is faster than Tsunade and seems that Tsunade may be the faster one.

Byakogou was running out, Tsunade was low on chakra, but she reacted to Madara's katons easily so Sasuke's katons are either easily dodged or tanked by base Tsunade. Considering that she has Senju and Uzumaki heritage, I believe her natural healing abilities are enough to shrug it off. Karin, for example, managed to survive amaterasu flames for quite a while so a sudden katon that disperses after contact is made isn't fazing Tsunade. Not to mention that by using the hand seals, inhaling and than spitting out fire, Sasuke leaves himself vulnerable to Tsunade.

Also Tsunade is much taller than part one Sasuke so Sasuke will have a hard time aiming for Tsunade's brain or heart with a chidori. Tsunade can just kick him out of the way (or force him to dodge) if he approaches unless you think that Tsunade can't react to part one Sasuke's speed. If Sasuke is forced to retreat, he just wasted one of three chidoris...

Tsunade's boobs were able to prevent Kabuto from dealing damage to her chest area via chakra scalpel so I doubt that Sasuke's kunais and shuriken are a factor in this fight. She just slaps those ninja tools away.

Not to mention that the shock waves of Tsunade's punches and kicks would keep Sasuke from mounting an offence.

So even with these restrictions, I say Tsunade takes this with low difficulty.

Your whole argument is based around the fact that Sasuke potentially dodges every attack by Tsunade and lands a kill blow. Part 1 Naruto redirected chidori, and Tsunade is infinitely stronger than part one Naruto(with kyuubi cloak). Like I stated before, if Sasuke steps within 5 feet of her he will die with not a single bone left intact. If Sasuke tries to block a hit from her, he will either break the limb that he used to block, or he will break the limb he used to block with and also have his nervous system reset. Your choice really. Until you agree that Sasuke will get fodderized within 5 feet of her, I won't take any counter of yours seriously or credible. I think you're smoking something.

Sasuke's CM2 3 Tomoe speed > Base Tsunade speed

Sasuke's reaction timing > Tsunade

We're talking about Base Tsunade, Byakugou is restricted in this fight, and Tsunade is using Byakugou in the Manga scan you provided, making it void for this fight. Base Tsunade's speed and reaction timing isn't on par with VotE Sasuke, he exceeds her in that category.

I need a scan where is stated Tsunade has better speed/reaction time in Byakugou mode than in base mode.
