Laughable. Even the 4 tailed Kyuubi barely kept up with Orochimaru ( whose arms were sealed and had 4, 5 points in speed ). The one tailed Naruto is definitely not as fast, let alone faster than someone who has 3, 5 points in speed. ( not to mention Tsunade can boost her speed with chakra control ).

Sasuke gets oneshotted, the sharingan precog won't help him if his body can't react to Tsunade's speed.

Sasuke is a chunnin level ninja here at best with one chunnin level technique and Tsunade has fought Orochimaru, Madara, Kabuto and Hanzo. It's honestly just not comparable.

Sasuke would be helpless after having all of his nerves flipped. Or at least create the opening Tsunade needs to crush his skull into dust (not a dramatic overexaggeration, something she can actually easily do)

Exactly... Kabuto was on par with Kakashi's speed levels in part 1. Kakashi has been known as a speed demon since his time with Team Minato. Tsunade manged to hit Kabuto only once, and would have 1-shot him had he not been a medical-nin.

Who says Tsunade touches Sasuke..? She's only shown exceptional speed feats with Byagukou activated. Sasuke with 3 Tomoe can read her movements and easily avoid being struck.
