Part1 Konoha 11 vs Current Tsunade

Most chuunins suck. The K11 are considered fodder on this forum but they are actually exceptional among actual chuunin because they all have special clan abilities for the most part. Most chuunins do nothing except chuck kunai and miss, or on rare occasions they have a D-rank elemental jutsu like the fodder that were shooting D-rank suiton and katon jutsus at ginkaku. I am pretty sure a genin gaara, genin Neji, genin gated Lee, genin Sasuke, genin Naruto, genin temari, genin kankuro, genin dosu, genin shino, genin choji(yellow pill), genin kiba(wolf form), could have all defeated solo'd those 9 kunai chucking chuunin with varying difficulties.

They may have been without any jutsu, but Kishi made an effort to point them out as being chuunin. It's clear in part 1 the powerscale between a jounin and chuunin was drastic. The demon brothers were considered two deadly chuunin, but Kakashi felt comfortable in letting his team try to fight them, then Kakashi made them look like a couple of jokes by defeating them with headlocks. Then came along a jounin in Zabuza and Kakashi immediately went to using his sharingan and told Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura to back off.

Genin Naruto outclassed chunin Mizuki who was outclassing chunin Iruka. Sasuke managed to hold his own against the two chunin demon brothers while protecting Sakura, Naruto and Tazuna. It took like four jounin to stop Neji from killing Hinata. All the jounin from the sand village feared Gaara and even as a small child, was able to kill elite jounin assassins without difficulty. Sasuke managed to give Kakashi a good fight during the bell test.

While Kakashi was probably what you could consider an "icon" in the ninja world, he was no where near the level or respect of a Legendary Sannin. Ebisu, an elite teacher claimed that to beat one of the legendary 3, another of the 3 is required. No exceptions.

We all know how that is complete "bull". There are plenty of ninjas who can beat the Prodigal Three. Part 1 hyped Hiruzen and his three students to some extreme level. Part two hypes Madara and Hashirama to some extreme level. Times changed. I do agree that Tsunade would stomp these noobs considering it is a bunch of chunin and genin VS some powerful Kage level ninja but with these restrictions, I doubt Tsunade could beat part 1 Kakashi.

Tsunade is a genius with elite level taijutsu and has 2 uses of creation rebirth. Her experience and overall skill is better than every single one of the part 1 K11 combined, by FAR.

My logic is power scaling and overall skill/experience.

The thing is a jounin (Kabuto) kept up with her in taijutsu. What makes you think Lee and Neji can't? Both Lee and Neji beat part 1 Kabuto when it comes to straight forward hand to hand combat. Also I'm not sure what the difference between part 1 and part 2 Konoha 11 is since most of their feats are from Chunin exams and Sasuke Retrieval Arc? The difference between part 1 and part 2 when it comes to Konoha 11 is pretty minor. My point is that if Tsunade beats Konoha 11 easily in part 1, she should be able to do the same in part 2 with albeit slightly higher difficulty.

And yes, part 2 Kakashi could solo those, though Gaara would pose some trouble. I don't consider Gaara chuunin level anyway. Maybe chuunin exams Gaara, but SRA Gaara is undoubtedly jounin level.

Part 1 Kakashi? A lot more difficult because of stamina issues, so I'd say no, but not because he's matched in skill/experience. He'd just run out of chakra before he could kill them all.

Fine replace Gaara with Shino or current Sakura. Whatever you want. Do you think Kakashi without a sharingan can win this considering part 1 Kakashi is better off preserving his chakra reserves? Anyway I was talking about part 1 Kakashi since part 2 Kakashi is a kage level shinobi who would destroy this restricted Tsunade in any case. Still I believe part 2 Kakashi would be pushed to mid difficulty or maybe mid-high difficulty since you have all sorts of various jutsus and dodging all at once would not be an easy thing to do. Also I think your perception between the power levels of chunin and jounin is a bit off. I'm sure 9 part 1 Nejis would destroy current Neji. Similarly the same would happen with Kankuro and Temari. At max they can only beat 2 of their former self.

My final words tell you to not compare fodder chunin like Iruka and others like him with real chunins such as Sakura. May I remind you that she was a real game changer in a kage level ninja battle.

Those 9 kunai chucking chunin were worse than part 1 Sakura by far. In a 1 VS 1, she'd destroy them. Shikamaru, a chunin, managed to hold his own against 9 chunin. What does that tell you?

Agreed. Even Part 1 tenten is probably better than your average kunai chucking chuunin since Gai said she could hit a target 100 out of 100 times. Plus she has her twin dragon attack that she tried to use on Temari. Most Chuunins it seems like have never practiced a day in their lives, don't know how they can possibly have absolutely no moves besides kunai chucking and shino level taijutsu.

Chunins like Iruka, demon brothers, those nine fodders are downright horrible. Part 1 Sakura has more impressive feats. What do you think about Kotetsu and Izumo? I think they are pretty decent although genin Sasuke, genin Naruto, genin Temari, genin Neji, genin Rock Lee and genin Gaara would defeat them pretty easily IMO.

People fail to understand that those genins during the chunin exams are stronger than your actual average chunin. Still Tsunade is a kage level ninja and should beat these inexperienced chunin but I don't want to make a complete decision thanks to all the restrictions.
