Part1 Kabuto surpass Tsunade in her prime?

Tsunade says here that Kabuto surpassed her in her prime:

I find it hard to believe, so i wanted to share. Can it be true? Or is it only plot?

its not possible!!! it was just for the sake of showing a struggle / threat n that naruto beats the threat in order to save her n make her 5th hokage...thats what i think

However, given the fact that he has Dragon Sage Mode, I think is fairly assumable that he surpassed her :shrug:, although it's kind of a stolen power because the base him would have never been capable of doing so.
Don't think that at that age, Tsunade had a Sage Mode, as until now she hasn't shown any, even if is assumable that she has one.

i think she just sees a lot of promise in his abilitys to be honest and that fight he just used her fear against her manly
what she should have done in that fight after she messed his nervous system up she should have smashed his skull in, instead of heal but she didnt think he couldnt comeback from it so fast

It just means Kabuto surpasses Tsunade's senses/abilities when Tsunade was in her younger/best years.

This does not mean that he's stronger/better then Tsunade..
Tsunade has gotten much older since she was in her prime, develloping new jutsu, becomming wiser, etc..

all she wanted to say with it is ''Tsunade would have lost to Kabuto IF she was in her prime(same age as Kabuto)'' which is around the 18-22 i think ?

She though at it because of his reflexes and power. But before that, there is a panel where it shows Kabuto taking Hyorougan to enhance his body and reflexes.
