If this is the gaara that fought kimi and he uses shukaku in the fight,then he wins. Part 1 kakashi didnt have high stamina. Also kimimaro had a speed of 4.5,part 1 kakashi didnt have that speed,gaara could catch him with his sand,his raikiri will be problematic,attacking him constantly will lower his momentum and slow the damage of the attack,or just use sand tsunami to attack him,but going half shukaku will better protect him,SRA gaara wasnt insane,he could use his powers efficiently. Also going mini shukaku(the one that fought gambunta before gaara went to sleep) pretty much screws kakashi over,gaara's dad compared his mini shukaku powers when he was about 6-(that's the time gaara was running out of control with shukaku,he last went rampage at 6 after yashamaru) to his current sand ability,so that gaara,who had gotten far more powerful will be too much for part 1 kakashi. Also whats the location here?
