Do they ever change clothes in NV, Naruto has the same clothes since million years ago, i think this show would be much cooler if Naruto would change his old clothes and i hoping hes not going to wear the same when becomes kage cuz it would be funny if he goes all the way to became hokage with same clothes....

Most anime characters never change clothes. Of course there are some exceptions.

The mangaka aren't really interested in changing and designing many types of clothes...this would mean difficulties in drawing and it really takes time...

In Naruto, most of the characters are wearing their village armor/flack jacket, basically their battle attire. Thats what on duty soldiers do, so it is realistic. When they arent on duty they wear different clothes, as seen throughout the series

-Those are sort of like their "job" attires, used for duty and typical.

- Character design in not something to do oftenly, it would be hard to change the attires too often and readers get accostumated with a design, changing it constantly would be confusing.

Naruto did have different clothes while fighting Pein
Naruto have used a swimsuit
Naruto uses Pajamas
Naruto has used different simple tshirts with shorts many times
