Yeah thats right Noodles still needs to become Hokage I say part three will focus on that Noodles will be the 7th Hokage the whole show was about Noodles trying to be Hokage so if have no Hokage then Naruto the manga never existed

there is no way kishi is leaving open ended, he even stated the canon pairing, so he wont just leave manga with open ends

Honestly I wish this manga ended after the Pain Arc but i now want a Part 3. It's not because Naruto has gotten better, it's because instead of wrapping up the series in an intelligent way, Kishi is making the movie about love. Why can't we just get an appropriate ending?

And I think a lot will be covered in this final upcoming chapter, including a timeskip. I'm under the assumption that The Last is chronologically going to take place between chapter 698 and 700.

Chill, bruh. How does that disprove what I said? If someone hasn't read chapter 698 they probably wouldn't understand a lot of what's going on in the movie, such as why Sasuke would be helping Naruto and not be trying to kill him. The same could be said for chapter 699. A timeskip is still not completely ruled out.

No part 3. He means finish reading the manga before yu watch the movie because you wont understand whats going on/ thread.

If Kishimoto does a part three, it'll just be to get more money. He doesn't have many lose ends to tie up, in fact nearly none at all. That and most people wouldn't bother to continue after Shippuden.

That doesn't confirm a part three, however, if one does start it'll most likely be years after "The Last" movie is released. I doubt he'll do it, though. Mainly because he's stated before that he wants to move on from Shonen and wrap Naruto up.

No, it wasn't. It was for him to be acknowledged, that's why he wanted the Hokage seat in part one.

In part two, he generally loves the people of Konoha and wishes to be Hokage to protect them.

Naruto is acknowledged and always protects people of the shinobi world, even without being Hokage. He no longer needs the spot. He accomplished his main aims.
