anyways here is my list :

1- Sasuke/Naruto
2- Gaara/Neji/Rock Lee
3- Shikamaru/Shino
4- Temari
5- Kankuro

(btw. I think you should specify if this is should be taken from an Overall perspective on Part-1 as a whole ..or from a certain timeline for example : The chuunin exams)

I don't get the Neji = Gaara thing . But oh well .

Yeah... you put Garra above Sasuke and Naruto and what the hell does Kabuto have to do with this list.

Kabuto's a Genin. In Part 1 he was as strong as Kakashi.

I didn't necessarily mean "=" by "/" , I just meant that they are close .. and I still think you are underrating Part-1 Neji a bit too much .

Well true on the = / thing . But i'm not underrating him one bit . Kankuro puts work in . And Neji's no where near as fast as lee . So he wouldn't be able to even get past Gaara's Auto defense . Yet alone his Boss offence . I don't think i have to explain Naruto and sasuke . But Imo The only thing thats debatable is Kankuro . And that's stretching it.

Wasn't there a thread just like this a few hours ago? Oh well I'll do a list with powerups and without powerups.

With powerups:
1. Gaara (Shukaku)
2. Naruto (Kyubbi)
3. Sasuke (cursed seal)
4. Rock Lee (gates)
5. Temari (Katamari)

Without powerups:
1. Gaara (Sand hax)
2. Temari (wind hax)
3. Kankuro (poison hax)
4. Neji (kaiten FTW)
5. Sasuke (an all rounder, maybe he should be higher but he wasn't too powerful without cursed seal.)

How did gaara escape front lotus without making a handseal in a blink of an eye and turn himself into sand?? PLOT rock lee was strongest he beat Naruto and Sasuke with weights on and no gates he was te fastest
