Yeah. Plot no jutsu, since when does chakra heal wounds in this current part of the manga? Never. He was dead long ago, chakra and wounds doesn't even make sense in Naruto when I think about it clearly.

Lol. Back then, I used to like sasuke more, so i wanted sasuke to win. The problem is that when I started to read naruto, the manga was in the kakuzu fight, and my friend had told me most of the stuff.

Correct :3 So, yeah its safe to say a snake would have been summoned from his curse mark or somewhere because we have seen that.

Exactly. Sasuke went with the intent to kill while Naruto didn't.. he held back on Sasuke so of course Sasuke was going to land those fatal blows. Naruto didn't even try fighting at first because he was troubled that his friend was trying to kill him. It doesn't matter anyways since that was the manga fight.. here trollasaur is making a scenario where Naruto would go all out and Full power Naruto>Full power Sasuke.

You are right it was standard. Since the haku fight that kurama's chakra can heal naruto at a quick rate.
