Conditions: This is Part I Orochimaru, he has his arms and Part I Edos. No zetsu body, Part II edos, or DSM. He does get his other Part II feats though.
Starting distance: 69 meters

My first thought was that Bee wrecks, but now that I think about it Orochimaru can counter TBB with Rashomon, and Edo Hashirama's mokuton specializes in restraining jinchuuriki, and there's Manda...I'm still undecided though.

Part 1 Oro doesn't have Rashomon o>o
And a 4-tailed Naruto was able to obliterate 3 Rashomon gates and some impact still caught up to Oro. A BM Bee TBB will obliterate him.
A restrained Edo Hashirama won't have nearly enough power to restrain a perfect Jinchuuriki either.
Bee wrecks like you thought in first place xD

With him being allowed to go full hachibi,,, he has far too much firepower for part 1 orochimaru,,,
a barrage of TBB should give killler bee the win
