Everyone is saying that there couldn't POSSIBLY be someone to pose a threat to Naruto and Sasuke...if there is a Part 3, then there WILL BE an antagonist! Here are some theories of mine that would even things out maybe:
NOTE: Events of The Last could cause any one of these things
Comrades/Relatives of Toneri or Hamura
Taka (Oro Kabuto and Jugo could pose a serious threat with their combined skills)
Someone with the Tailed Beasts (where were 1-7 Tails in 700?)
Maybe (probably not) other Sharingan/Rinnegan users out there
Idk what's up with Kurama in that last page of 700, but it looks like he was sleeping...He told Naruto at VOTE2 to not use all his chakra or he would go to sleep. He was sleeping so maybe he can no longer use Kurama's chakra. Kiba said something about Naruto quitting and "hiding his claws"...so maybe Naruto has retired from battle. And Sasuke didn't have his eye powers activated in 700, so it is possible he somehow lost his rinnegan.
