The only downside I can see to Part 3 is the lack of God like battles like in Part 3, excluding a Naruto Vs. Sasuke fight.

(Which really isn't a downside.. people just have a hard time adapting to change for some reason, even though Part 1 -> Part 2 was a drastic change, whelp, yolo.)
