It would be awesome, but I don't think Madara is the type to have anything other than a passing interest in women. I know a part of the fandom likes to believe Madara had feelings for Mito and that they fuelled his desire to kill Hashirama, which, while not very original, would be interesting in and of itself because we know so little of Mito.

Personally, I think of Madara as the ultimate warrior, the quintessential battle-born Uchiha that lives for battle and conquering his enemies. It's only natural he would become restless in a village that limits his options and freedom if you factor that into the fact it is a village that was co-founded by the clan that saw to the death of his brother and many more of his clansmen.

A few years ago now, around chapter 509, I had the theory that Madara had a son - in a sense - and that that son was Nagato. My theory was that because Nagato's mother had red hair and his father had black hair, that Madara had manipulated an Uzumaki and a Uchiha to fall in love and have a child together, a child he would consider his own flesh and blood because he was born for his purposes.

Of course this was all before the more recent revelations.
