This is what i think Kishi is setting up for part 3. I'm 100% sure there will be a part 3, Kishi has been hinting at it for a long time now and even setting up the next chapter in the Naruto Saga.
-Naruto can now communicate with chakra alone:
Why is this important and why is this revealed now? When Naruto is ending? Well beacause Naruto isn't ending. Beacause this will be an important skill in part 3 (more on this further down)
-Sasuke and Naruto will fight, but no one will die:
Naruto has stated several times "If we fight, we both die". And obviously Naruto wont die, neither will Sasuke.
This leaves the possibility for Sasuke to leave and start the "revolution" after the fight. And gather members to be apart of his revolution (Orochimaru etc).
-Kaguya's home world explored:
This is where Naruto's new skill comes into play. I think Nartuto has the same skill as Hagoromo had, to transmigrate. He will probably use this to explore Kaguya/Kaguya origins. And beacause he can communicate via chakra this leaves possibilites for him to leave for distant places while still having contact with other character (like Goku in DBZ).
-Land of the pure:
Where Hagoromo got all the former Kage, this place is probably where part 3 will end. Naruto gets to live with his mother, father, and all the other people. This remains to be explored.
-Edo Tensei is still around:
Nothing is stopping Sasuke, Orochimaru , Kabuto or anyone for that matter from using Edo Tensei again.
Maybe a new and refined version of Edo's.
-Mystery Uchiha:
Sasuke isn't the last Uchiha out there, part 3 will also be about Sasuke trying to find other Uchiha. He will probably seek and find someone that joins his revolution.
-Nothing is wrapped up:
The war might be over but non of the issues surrounding the war have been adressed: The failed ninja system, ninshuu vs ninjutsu, kaguya, the chakra fruit, origins, other important characters etc etc.

This is just speculation for now, but it seems Kishi has alot to play with here, if not him personally, someone else will take over. Maybe a anime-only.
