His manipulation of the sand has increased, the speed and strength of his sand has increased, the amount of sand he's able to create along with the the amount of sand he's able to control- it all drastically increased. He's clearly just on a different level.

The biggest amounts of sand he was shown manipluating in the war isnot bigger than the amounts he was shown controlling against kimmimaro .his feats against riveved madara was a coordinated attack with shukaku and SRA Gara was already shown to manipulate his sand like rains .i dont remember feats for him against edo madara except when ohnuki lightened his sand .his sand speed and strength have certainty developed tho .
