[Discussion] Part 1 was the shit

There's so many amazing moments in Part 1, but I have to say that this one sticks with me even today. I think it's an important message:

The whole Sasuke retrieval arc was pretty cool. Invasion of Konoha was nice too. Overall, I think Naruto is tons better than Shippuden, except it's missing a few other badass characters(Pain, Tobi, etc).

The blind spot is only the size as the arrow, so I don't see that as a big deal, of course every jutsu has a weakness quoted by Itachi

Part 1 is GODLIKE!

In my opinion, Neji vs Kidomaru was one of the best best fight, it was done beautifully, he should've die instead of this crappy war.

Part 1 was surprisingly the series' Prime. Then it dropped. I honestly stopped having as much interest in the series once Naruto was chasing after Sasuke. Instead of chasing after Sasuke, he should of been training even more.[SUB] You must be registered for see images [/SUB]

I'll admit that part 1 was awesome and all but part 2 had it's share of awesome moments too (Orochimaru vs naruto, jiraiya vs pain, itachi vs sasuke, pain vs konoha...heck, even the current "war" has some good moments).

Seriously, it seems to me that most of the threads I see in this section are about people complaining about one thing or another. Just let the man (kishimoto) finish his manga.

I'll admit though that this thread isn't really about complaining and thus this complaint is not directed to the author.

People praise part 1 so much because Kishi lost his shit after the timeskip, deal with it brah.

I know that he kinda lost it's way but the beginning of part 2 up to let's say, the kage summit arc, was quite solid. I do agree that the war arc is very dissapointing as a whole though but judging a whole part because of one arc is slightly unfair. That's just my opinion though.

If the war arc wasn't so bad and didn't drag on for so long I would completely agree with you. I also liked shippuden up until the war started, even if wasn't nearly as good as part 1.

Afterall, it's a matter of opinion in the end. I do agree to a certain extent that part 1 was better because characters had more time to shine. Don't get me mistaken, I never said part 2 didn't come with it's share of problems AND YES, most of these problems became more prominent during the war.

I like naruto vs gara, neji fight in sasuke retrieval arc, gara vs kimimaro, and shikamaru fights in chunin exams they were all brainy ...... And I liked wen itachi kicked sasuke all over....

We'll yes part 1 had more fights but that's because that's was the basis of wat to come next....

Yeah second one dint really show much abt lot of char.... Neji stayed out of most of action,

oro became a fooder... Loosing to hiruzen then tsunade then naruto then killed by sasuke... Now dreaming dead
