part 2 was screaming we're getting tired of animating so we're just going to not give any ****s about the quality

part 2 was better in a lot of parts like especially earlier on, jiraiya vs pain was really good so was konan vs tobi. Sasuke vs danzo etc. but part 1 was consistent and was better than a lot of part 2 such as the entire war arc, juubi arc, current arc, and so much more.
