there are some episodes where the animation is bad IMO... for example, the fight between Pain and Naruto... it was an epic fight in the manga, so the anime should have been the best... but what they showed was a............

I agree, the first part was better. I think they tried experimenting with it too much. And from the chikara episodes, what the heck is up with Kabuto's snakes?? That's like Beyblade animation, it was horrible.
