No he didn't. Kabuto was toying with Naruto the whole fight and even survived and stood up to Naruto's rasengan while Naruto had to be healed by Tsunade and was left knocked out for the rest of the arc.

Kakashi's not scared of kabuto, he was scared of Orochimaru. And part 1 sasuke is not even close to Kakashi. The 4 Sound Ninja said they don't want to fight againts Kakashi even if it's 4/5 vs 1.

We'll all of team 7 were technically jonnin, they just lacked something.

Sasuke, lacked hatred I guess, he didn't lack much really, but control and drive.
Sakura had all of the skill, the chakra control, and the intellect, but she lacked being trained.
Naruto had all of the power, but he lacked what Sakura had.
Sasuke is iffy I doubt he would beat Kabuto, but he probably was closer to being a jonin, he was just untrained
