nostalgia says Part 1 on both cases. However, Naruto is much less annoying in Part 2. So, Part 2 Naruto and Part 1 Sasuke. I'm a Sasuke fan and I think he has great development in both parts, but nostalgia breaks the tie, so I'm going with Part 1 Sasuke
