Not really actually, if Sakura has regen she can take an attack, make Sasuke strangle with her and proceed to murk him due to superior physical strength. İt Will depend on whether Sakura can make this a battle of wrestling or not, which is highly possible since Sasuke's long range c rank katons or puny kunais won't cut it and chidori requires him to be in direct point blank contact kind of stuck in someone. Then again; this works if Sakura indeed has regen.

I say sakura with med difficulty. Tsunade's #1 rule was evasion. Sasuke's fastest attacks are phoenix flower and of course chidori. At this point he has nothing fast enough to kill Sakura.

Sakura is also a jonin at this point. You guys are saying Part 1 Sasuke was jonin level? (Genma claims chuunin level).
