Neji dies, Sasuke very weak, shikamaru last plan to finish Sauce messed up because he ran out of chakra, Sauce fatalities with chidori then collapses from the injuries from Neji messing up his chakra. Well I could see it going down like that. The only reason I say Neji dies is because Sauce never acknowledged Shikamaru and knows how strong Neji is so I figure he would underestimate Shikamaru and go full force on Neji giving enough time for Shikamaru to think of a plan while they go at it.
Edit: Didn't notice the forest of death, so assuming its 1 Toma if thats the case, Neji wins very badly.
