I would say it can go either way, but Sakura dominates Kunerai.
Why Sakura?
At a early age Sakura could release herself and others from potent genjutsu.
As with Kabuto's genjutsu
Noticed it at the chunnin exams
So it pretty much established that Sakura can counter power genjutsu.
Kurenai has shown one Genjutsu so far.
Demonic Illusion:Tree Binding Death
Sakura will obviously know that she is using a genjutsu and quickly dispel it,
So Genjutsu wont be an Issue.
So how will Sakura possibly beat her.
Sakura is pretty crafty.
She can enhance her speed with her chakra to attack her
She can make flawless copys of herself
PErfect chakra control, for a rookie
She can use chakra enhance strength, if she wanted to, she probably already knew it, and didn't use it because it was Ino. look at what Kakashi says.

And she is able to spam substitution until she can find an opening.
And believe it or not, she is durable and wont give up
Her and Kurenai are around the same in intellect. so I doubt she'll get outsmarted.
But logically, the Jonnin wins, now if this was Part 2 Sakura, she'll defiantly win.
I'd give Sakura this though, high diff, but it can go either way.
