Hinata's Taijutsu was sharp enough to almost tag Neji using only four quick strikes.
Sakura's taijutsu was good enough to trade blows with Ino.
The starting distance of a Chunin exam match is only a couple feet . Sakura failed to dodge or parry any strikes from ino and could only trade punches. Hinata is easily more agile in attacking than both , has attacks that cant be blocked and she cornered Neji using only four strikes so she easily tags Sakura with her first or second strike.
Say the distance is much farther then Hinata stills wins without effort. Sakura's Kunai shower + Body Flicker gets twarted by Hinata's kunai and dodges. Her substition/clone/fake tactics gets seen through by the Byakugan and Hinata is faster so she'll simply follow her exact change in position then body-flicker to her local and kill her easily.
