I don't know why you compare Kisame's water clone to Juubi clone while Neji defeated the water clone in canon. He blew up the water prison and clones get destroyed. Besides no name ninja could hold their own against juubicles so water clones can indeed be stronger than juubi clones.

Those creatures get tagged by Shino of all people who is at the very least slower than part 1 Neji by feats, DB and reasoning. Neji casually blitzes it and incapacitates with 8T64P, as in canon the juubi clones have no counter to that.

So part 1 Neji being able to 64 palms would do nothing to Juubi's minion. Rotation neither would help him, in the end Juubi's minion either pierce him with wood spike or Neji die from lack of chakra.

Neji extreme low diff , first things first that juubling aint touching neji at all , if a barrage of bullet speed daggers raining from all sides failed to put nd end to him then the juubies minion aint touching him.

Second , neji can alwaya block any an all its attacks from wherever an whenever he wants by simply usin chakra , he can easily unbalance nd gain the upper hand usin chakra.

Third , a couple shots of jyuken to the head is surely puttin an end to the juubies minion , in the scan where hinata is gettin ready to use twin lion fist u can clearly see that the juubling who first recieved 64 palms was defeated while there were 2 others in the background which hints that hinata was able to take down that juubling with only 64 palms an then turnt up to deal with the othersB-)..

Neji negs this as easy as he neged kidos spiders.
