Hmm.. I don't see her doing anything to his rotation at all, nor do I see her stopping every single one of his air palms, considering 30% Kisame couldn't even react to it, let alone begin to evade it. His Byakugan should rid of her unpredictable fan style as well, I can see Neji taking the victory imo.
Edit: ^^Temari is extremely underrated, I can see her taking this match-up given a knowledgeable Temari fan explains how she wins.
