Part 1 Neiji or Sasuke ? Who was more annoyingly arrogant?

Neither... Neji seemed a bit too cruel, borderline psychopathic when he was torturing Hinata with words. Later yeah she should have quit instead of trying to "prove" something... Letting out his anger and frustration on her would be one thing (though I wouldn't support a beating like that either, ninjas are supposed to be able to control their emotions), but he was coldly crushing her, and he was a kid ffs. If Ibiki were there he would have probably recruited Neji into a torture division :|

None of them were arrogant really, all that can be explained with a hard past, but to be honest I could never really sympathize with them either. I prefer characters who can get over things without much angst.

Neji was way more arrogant and he tried to kill Hinata just because she is of the main house.

Both were stupidly arrogant but Sasuke's arrogance is the only one that annoyed me. You really did get the whole 'emo scene kid hardcore' vibe as cliche and justified as it was...with Neji I just saw a really honoured rich kid who saw things how they were.

I prefer Neji.
