It takes a moment for Sasuke to be able to transform into curse mark lvl 2 from base, so I don't think Kimi could get blitzed. And like blackpantherisb said, Orochimaru wanted to replace Kimi because he was sick, but also because Orochimaru wanted Sasuke's eyes for himself. That doesn't necessarily mean that Sasuke > Kimi.
I'll just post my thought for scene1 and deal w/rest later if anything but anyway , Kimi low diffs in scenario1.

Kimimaro effortlessly destroyed a whole army of Kyubified Naruto clones without getting overwhelmed from all sides or losing composure. Pretty sure kimi would've destroyed the original KN0 Naruto if he didn't split his chakra with clones unless someone thinks KN0 Naruto could've blitzed kimi like he did sasuke who is so much slower than Naruto he needs the 3T. It wouldn't matter as kimi was blatantly portrayed tiers above KN0 naruto in all stats.

Same KN0 that was blitzing and destroying 2T sasuke armed with lee's speed without effort , was himself getting trashed by kimimaro w/o effort , while going all out which he wasn't against sasuke. Not a single clone was even quick enough to grab sasuke's coffin while kimi worked the rest.

The sharnigan user circumvents this by reading the attack "after" the enemy attacks , then avoids in a way that leaves the enemy vulnerable , followed by striking the enemy. Because if they attack first , the attack becomes airborn and thus becomes easy to counter and/or avoid for those able.

If Sasuke rushes in head first like that above scan then kimi is more than fast enough to read his speed and react to his beeline with bone bullet spam to mess up his linear full speed , or with unpredictable use of his kkg , after perciveing sasuke's movemnts , can use his superior combat speed , skill and the counter-reactive factor to wait till sasuke commits to his chidori thrust , then react to it and neg him by branching out multiple bones spikes while using superior speed. Sasuke isn't as fast as KN0 Naruto who himself wouldn't be able to tag base kimi with a full speed Rasengan blitz. 2T sasuke cant even get around base Naruto with his sharingan to avoid his Rasengan and land chidori much less him doing so to Kimi , why could he not do so to naruto? because no matter what sasuke did or how fast he ran naruto would meet his chidori with rasengan the moment sasuke attacks , instead of attacking before sasuke and letting himself get read by sharingan.

Sasuke loses. He still hadn't gotten used to his Curse Mark V2, so it would drain at him very quickly. He noted its effects immediately after activating it for the first time while Kimimaro, even sick, was able to keep it up for considerably longer.
Kimimaro is much faster than Sasuke so saying that Sasuke would blitz him is absurd. And the 3T was shown to fail against unorthodox fighting styles so I can't see how Sasuke would be able to react to Kimi's Shikotsumyaku. Kimimaro clearly takes this.

Naruto severely held back against Sasuke. Specially with 9tails chakra. I do think that one tail Naruto is superior to any known genin at that point including the sound 5

-Naruto could've murdered Sasuke at the start by using a simple kunai or rasengan. Naruto could've continued to pummel Sasuke's face in instead of tryning to reason , if he wanted. Naruto clearly held back.
