Against P1 Naruto is child's play 3T genjutsu then Raikari kills him.

Against P1 Sasuke(devil Jin) he can use the water source to enhance his Suiton jutsu's.Either way Sasuke isn't beating a 3T user of Kakashi's calibure especially with Bunshins at his disposal.

Against both he wins Naruto would get killed the moment he approaches Kakashi.

this is part 1 CS2 sasuke and part 1 1KT naruto

in that case he wins the first two with a 2 maybe 3 (if it gets out of hand but i doubt it)

then he wins scenario three with a 5 maybe 4

I can't see Kakashi winning the last scenario with "low difficulty." Part I Sasuke had excellent speed for his age (3.5 in speed, probably close to 4 given he was compared to Lee), and thats before amping himself up with Cursed Seal of Heaven. He also had exceptional Taijutsu as well. Naruto in his KN0 form was outspeeding base Sasuke (thus he had speed above a 3.5, not to mention overwhelming two-tomoe Sharingan precognition) and KN1 will only take him higher.

I'm sure Kakashi is portrayed as superior to them both, but his Part I feats were few and far between, and his chakra reserves in Part I were utter garbage. I can't see him winning this scenario with anything lower than high difficulty, if at all. I strongly believe that KN1 Naruto and CS2 Sasuke at VoTE were easily on the level of an average Jonin. Clearly Kakashi is not an average Jonin, but still.
