The Sasuke who fought Itachi takes this quite easily actually. Remember that Kakashi couldn't even hold his own against Orochimaru or Itachi. Guess what, Hebi Sasuke has Orochimaru's powers and managed to give Itachi a good fight. Part 1 Kakashi didn't. Then let's take into account Kakashi's stamina problems and Sasuke's superior stamina. Sasuke also has better lightning techs than part 1 Kakashi. Also Kakashi's suiton takes too long and Sasuke can easily use a fire ball jutsu against Kakashi. Also keep in mind that part 2 Sasuke's speed > part 1 Kakashi's

Also Sasuke is experienced so he won't fall for Kakashi's hiding underground tech. As a matter of fact, Sasuke will fire a fireball or chidori current right underneath the ground.

Now I didn't even factor all the abilities that Hebi Sasuke had such as incredible healing prowess, a good defence in the form of snakes and the ability to use CS2.

Sasuke takes this low-mid difficulty.

^^ A better assessment, +rep, people think that MS is the only improvment that Kakashi made from part 1 to 2, but you wouldn't see P1 Kakashi going toe to toe with Kakuzu

hebi sasuke would give current kakashi a run for his money (discounting MS) so yeah sasuke should win this. hes much more versatile fast and better in genjutsus
