Eh Kimimaro takes it, Kabuto doesn't have the power to get through bone armor, hes not fast enough either IMO.

Kimimaro is better in taijutsu than Kabuto. Kabuto is more intelligent and is probably good at evasion but Kimimaro will get him with his speed.

All of Kimimaro's dances will be tough to survive against and Kabuto can't penetrate Kimimaro's bone armour with just a chakra scalpel imo. If he could Kimimaro can just regenerate the bones.

Kimimaro takes this with mid difficulty.

Kabuto realize on close combat taijutsu using his chakra scapels to damage his opponents to create cuts off presure points he wont be able to hit Kimimaro's presure points due to his bones protecting them and close combat taijutsu is the worst to use while fighting him.

kabuto puts him to sleep then cuts his throat with chakra scalpel.

Part 1 Sakura was able to easily release itad she has a 3 in genjutsu the same as Kimimaro so that shouldn't be any threat.

Kabuto was said to be Kakashi level multiple times, considering Kakashi fodderizes Kimimaro it gives him placement. Kabuto had genjutsu and one touch with chakra scalpel will sever Kimi's tendons, his attacks will do virtually nothing and he won't be able to breathe/use said touched body part.

Kabuto goes underground, grabs Kimimaro's legs and that's that. Or puts him to sleep, or touches his neck to one-shot. He has many options. Kimimaro has solely taijutsu and bone bullets.
