Who would win in this battle had Hinata and Sakura battled? Before I give my vote I want to hear member opinions first. When I have more time I reply my answer.

Part 1 Hinata doesn't have feats against straight up thaijutsu users, lacks agility and hasn't shown counters.

Edit: Part 1 Sakura rapes to the nth degree to stand a chance, you'd have to give Hinata at least Vacuum palm.

She doesn't need any of that she can use replacement jutsu and shuriken, kunai skills. Hinata has 0 skills that past her close cqc(even then Neji was playing with her), 0 feats against straight up thaijutsu, or counters for that matter, her footwork and all is trash, at this point, Sakura takes this low to mid difficulty at best tbh.
