Creation Rebirth doesn't have the same healing capabilities as Byakugou.

The CR is the pinnacle of the medical ninjutsu, it can regenerate organs and limbs. ( basically it heals as fast as the Byakugou ) The difference is that the CR isn't continous like the Byakugou.

And who's going to take her arm off? Not Naruto with his punches or rasengan and not sasuke either

It's hardly a simple medical jutsu, and tanking means no damage. He was still damaged. And this is a KN0 rasengan.

Well according to Kabuto, it was simple healing ( he concentrated chakra to his stomach to heal himself before Naruto hit him with the rasengan) and not regeneration like Tsunade's. Her technique is more advanced.

The creation rebirth saved Tsunade from the heavenly transfer technique which was supposed to rip her body to shreds. So I think its safe to assume the Creation Rebirth can save Tsunade from Naruto's rasengan.

It's anger can be overcome by Genjutsu: Sharingan or that Katsuyu is there and he has an opportunity to kill her, even if it means working with Gamabunta.
