Only SRA Chouji used the pills, so I didn't know CE Chouji had access to them. I missed that part in the OP. If that is the case, then he beats CE Kiba. He still probably loses to Kankuros poison. And I don't know how strong Kabuto is, so I didn't comment.

1. I think Fang Over Fang rotates in a different direction that Kaiten when attacking from above.
2. I might have to watch the fight between Kabuto and Tsunade again. I was under the impression that Sasuke would win with potential CM and 3T precognition.
3. Eh, I disagree about CM2 Sasuke losing to CM2 Kimimaro. 3T precognition allows him to dominate in CQC and CM2 Katon is a great counter for attacks like bone forest, with it's wide spread affects.
4. This is SRA Naruto, who fought Kimimaro. Not VOTE Naruto who used KN1. But yes, shadow clones more than likely overwhelm Shikamaru.

2. Eh, I went back and I'm thinking maybe Sasuke takes it now (pre-cog probably trumps most of this, and I don't think Kabuto holds out against CM2 Sasuke at all if it comes to that), but I'll provide the mangafacts that made me think that Kabuto could take it:

If he wanted to kill Tsunade, he would have, but this wasn't a fight to kill, he was trying to incapacitate; plus he got overconfident. Tsunade even says he's better than she was in her prime:

And he can use his chakra control to tank anything short of a Rasengan (he managed to not get shredded by it, but it still screwed up his internal organs and muscles):

The problem is that Kabuto was suffering from Villain Stupidity in this fight and was screwing around for no reason.
However, after going back through these scans, I'm gonna say change my mind about SRA Shika vs. Kabuto and say Kabuto takes it against SRA Shikamaru (some of the reasons are above, one that's missing is that he was able to relearn how to control his body after Tsunade messed with his muscles; chakra control + understanding of his body = he can probably counter Shadow Possession without too much trouble)
3. I don't think Sasuke gets anything done in CQC against Kimimaro. Kimimaro's just a bad person to be doing CQC against. Sasuke might be able to dodge one attack, but then Kimimaro can just do this:

Precog can only do so much at that range.
And Sasuke's Chidori is fast, but unless he's doing it at very close range, Kimimaro can react and escape using the bones. As far as CM2 Katon goes, do you have a scan? I don't recall him using it as CM2 in Part 1, and Part 2 CM2 Sasuke is probably an unfair comparison. Either way, Kimimaro's durability is insane, and this is another thing where Kimimaro can probably react and dodge if he needs to.
5. Sasuke can handle this at range. Katon + shurikenjutsu. Sharingan means there's literally nothing Shikamaru can do to Sasuke at range. Sasuke can just outlast Shikamaru. Shadow Possession will be increasingly ineffective the more tired Shikamaru gets, and the upgraded claw thing requires a lot of chakra.
Kiba actually can never win this since he needs to physically restrain neji in order for akamru to jump in the air then spin while pissin in hopes that it catches neji so he can mark him for his twin dog attack since they're literally blind while doing the attack.
I can list a archive of reasons why that piss trick won't work on neji like it did salon/ukon and why kiba would never dare try to restain neji lol
