Lee isn't blitzing Naruto, Naruto has regenerative powers, and is super durable while lee isn't. Plus lee has only shown the ability to use the 5th gate for a brief instant (long enough to do a single strike), his body gets wrecked from maintaining that mode.

It could go either way but Lee can harm Naruto and he won't survive hidden lotus. KN0 Naruto gets blitz by 5G Lee low diff.

KN1 is more challenging but no way he's faster than Lee and no way he has better reaction feats.

Naruto survived a peregrine falcon drop and a stab in the lungs from sasuke at VOTE. I think his 1 tailed kyuubi form is durable enough to tank all of lee's attacks. His chakra arms will be too much for lee because they were too much for even 3t sharingan cm1 sasuke so naruto wins.

Lee dominates the crap out of Naruto but eventually succumbs to the danger of activating the Fifth Gate.

If you allow him to keep 5G up for as long as Naruto is in his one tailed state then Lee wins mid-low diff.
