3T can predict Lee's Moves , but Sasuke cant counter attack because when he does Lee's unorthodox movement will always give him the upper hand to knock Sasuke around in Taijutsu until he becomes sober , things like chidori would get trolled and katon is avoided neg diff.

Sasuke outlast med diff , Lee's hits cant Harm him at all after he took the awakening pill which boost his Base durability beyond his CS1 before taking the awakening pill , not to mention having 3T would increase his physical stats even more due to the increase in chakra level , Lee cant win at all but will troll Sasuke in taijutsu.
