Sorry,studying got me harder than I thought it would ;-;
Well the only user of Paper ninjutsu in the show was Konan and she was my second favorite character and I really like how the fighting style looks visually and the whole idea of it,so I guess that is why I chose it,currently for both of my bios.I didn't really think about how I will use it,I think I'll get the idea as I learn the techniques.
As for paper ninjutsu itself,it allows the user to create a special kind of paper with his chakra and then manipulate it in various techniques.You can create various weapons,wings,cover the opponent with paper to trap them and so on.There is also the technique that turns the users body into paper which is really useful.

Okay cool. We'll do this simple, I'll explain, you can analyze and perform.
(Origami No Jutsu) - Paper Folding Technique
A simple technique, where you will manipulate your chakra to create animals, which vary in size. You can make cats, rats and even bats. Though they are pretty small, and depending on the ones you use, the rank will be determined (I think this is supposed to be multi-ranked).
(Kami Shuriken Jutsu) - Paper Shuriken Technique
A technique where you will focus your chakra into paper sheets, and form them into three shuriken, which can easily be launched towards the opponent. So basically, just paper shuriken.
(Kami Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Paper Substitution Technique
A supplementary technique that may come in handy, where you will cause yourself to disperse into a spinning column of paper, in order to either distract your opponent or escape, or both, really.

With smaller ones which approximately reach size of a domestic cat, user would be able to create up to 15 costing them 10 chakra points. When it comes to medium sized animals, user would be able to create up to 10, each reaching size of a lion and costing user 15 chakra points. The biggest animals that are able to be created with this technique can reach size similar to the one of an elephant and overall their number can reach 5 costing 20 chakra points.

One general question,for all these techniques,I create the paper?
For the first one,I gather my chakra and release it into the air beside me.Manipulating the chakra i form a lot of paper sheets which I then gather together and shape them into several cats made out of paper.Well this is pretty simple if I understood and performed it properly.How strong are they offensively though,freeform?Also by creating something like snakes I can make them wrap around the opponents leg and such stuff that is specific to a certain animal?And are they hollow or full of paper?
For the second one I take several paper sheets and manipulate them so they fold and shape into three shuriken which I then throw(but not very far away apparently).Can't say much here :c
For the last one I gather and channel chakra throughout my whole body and manipulate it so I disperse in a spinning column of paper sheets,distracting the opponent.What is this actually? xD I mean do I turn into paper sheets and then reform,or do I just seem like I disappeared in a column of paper (like the cherry flower ninjutsu) while I make a run for it?

Yes you do, it does damage parallel to the amount made, and yes, dependent on the animal. Also, its like, full paper. You disperse into paper, yourself lol.
(Kami Bunshin no Jutsu) - Paper Clone Technique
You basically form a clone made of paper, which when it is hit, it forms into sheets of paper. It can only use paper techs, and Taijutsu. It can also be given explosive tags, instead of normal paper sheets.
(Kami Chou no Jutsu) - Paper Butterfly technique
A technique where you will form your body into many small paper based butterflies. It lasts 3 turns. Simple, really.
( Arai Kami no Jutsu ) - Rough Paper Technique
A technique where you will manipulate your paper sheets, and cause them to spin around you, in a ring like formation. This can be used both offensively, as well as defensively.
(Kami Bunshin no Jutsu) - Paper Clone Technique

Each clone created with this technique can use only techniques of paper ninjutsu as well basic taijutsu. Furthermore, if user so wishes they can mix explosive tags with normal paper sheets for increase of fatality of clones.
