Panthalassa had mastered the art of conserving chakra, and stealing chakra. His flies had aided and potentiated it. But ever since that battle with the man that had bug sprayed his harmless insects, he had be entranced by his sword. He remembered it clearly, the man had only to touch the ground with it, to seep 20 chakra from him. Later, after defeating the man, they had talked, and he wasn't a bad guy in the least. Panthalassa had had great fun and the man promised not to use bug spray on any other random bug, at least not until they had a rematch!
He talked a bit about his sword, and then they parted ways. It was a few weeks after this event that they met again. This time, Panthalassa would be granted the right to wield that fabled sword, and he was absolutely giddy about it. He stood at a crossroads, somewhere around the Main Continent of the world, there was plains and plains of yellow plantations everywhere the eye could see. Panthalassa was taking the view in, from atop the mound that the crossroads were at, barely keeping his excitement, waiting for his friend to arrive.

"Well there bugz, I've had someone seal it up for you. Anyways got any questions?" saying as he sat down awaiting.
Firmly bracing his back with both his hands while he stood, "The first release changes the terrain into a muddy wet ground. Then if released again, one simply has a short lake, another uptake the terrain will be formed into a lake 24 inches likely deep. Beyond that, it's an ocean...so the limit is as far as how much water you need. Just know, it takes 8 turns to make an ocean." saying while he placed his hat on.As he held the scroll, he couldn't hide his excitement. He ran his hands over the scripture and, with a poof, he unsealed the sword, studying its weight and balance.
If I understand the abilities straight, I can draw up water from underground, and this could have the appearance of just wet ground, basically a mud basin or a layer of mud underneath my opponent, or I could actually make enough water to manipulate, right? Something like a lake's worth? What is the limit of the water source?
Also, OOC, I mention in one turn that I am drawing up water. When does it appear? The next turn, or the turn after that?
Now, for the chakra draining part. I can slash the body of water, and, if that water is connected to an opponent, I can draw 20 chakra from him, right? What if I have 2 or more people standing in the water, would I be able to draw 20 from each? Also, within a turn, could I strike my opponent or the water source multiple times, draining more than 20 chakra from the same person every turn? And I can do this from long range, as long as my opponent is standing on the water source that I strike, right?
And this water source, could it be a natural water source, or some other Water Release created water source, or can it only be the one this sword draws out?
Thank you very much!Firmly bracing his back with both his hands while he stood, "The first release changes the terrain into a muddy wet ground. OOC: You mention this turn(1 count), then it appears the next turn(2 count).
Yes, you will be able to draw in chakra from whomever your target(s) would be ONLY if they are connect to the water or if a wire is connect to them and you slash it, you will also drain in their chakra.
Yes, every slash will draw in chakra just know they can react to the draining of their chakra by simply...idk doing something in response i.e "when he slashed the first and second time I felt my chakra drawing out of me, so by avoiding the waters I realized that I was rather safe...etc, that bull**** will happen just know this: allowing the enemy to understand your advantage source will hinder your plans."
-It has no range FYI so, yes as long as you meet the requirements.
Underground Water/ self-conjured water is all water, the sword isn't racist.![]()
1: The water Source creation isn't a jutsu, simply automatic response as it's passive. I'd figure it's much like the activation of the sharingan after months of owning it, that it simply doesn't cost a jutsu slot in combat.OOC: I have further questions on 2 levels:
1. Water Source Creation: Does it count as a jutsu towards the jutsu limit?
2. Chakra Draining: Is the water you draw from underground fundamental for the chakra draining properties, or is it just convenient? 2.1 Imagine I have a mist technique, creating water all around my enemy, can I slash my sword at the mist, drawing chakra? ( I did not summon a water source with the sword )
2.2 Imagine I draw up a water source with the source, and then I manipulate it with a water jutsu to create a mist. When I slice the mist with the sword, will it draw chakra?
2.3 Is the ground considered something the enemy is connected to? As in, can I slash the ground, or is water required?
2.4. Imagine there's not water around. I spar with someone and our swords collide. Can that drain chakra as well?
Okay, sounds very nice.1: The water Source creation isn't a jutsu, simply automatic response as it's passive. I'd figure it's much like the activation of the sharingan after months of owning it, that it simply doesn't cost a jutsu slot in combat.
2: The water drain isn't fundamental for the ability as it simply requires just water to intake chakra. So it's convenient.
2.2: Yes.
2.3: Yes. Water will be required. Only through water can you draw chakra.
2.4: Yes. Air has water![]()
To what?Okay, sounds very nice.
My second question is... would you be willing to change the name? It's a bit... weird lol
I don't know, I know you like the Uchiha, but calling it Uchiha Sword is a bit on the nose. And I like the word Encryption, and even Creatures, but the name just doesn't flow together. And it doesn't have anything to do with the abilities. To what?
