I can't believe "all" Sasuke fan are panicing rigth now. Some says it's a clone, others says it's a genjutsu even he will recieve Rinnegan.
Now... I just make it clear...
It's not a clone (Sasuke can't make wood clones and Hashirama can't even move to make clones for him). Proof:

It's not a genjutsu. Come on... Do you even think that Madara can't see through genjutsu? He's an Uchiha. Of course he would see it immediately.
And last... He won't get some Rinnegan yet. Hashirama gave he's chakra and jutsu for binding Madara, he didn't gave him DNA. Proof:

But I can't just accept hes died... So I just wanna say that he's using Izanami, and pray that works on Madara... But Madara isn't that stupid obviously, so he escape immediately... We should all remember that Madara is highly stronger than everyones combined strength... So some what will Kishi made Naruto & Sasuke stronger, so they can combined there strength again and win over Madara...

Izanagi isn't a loop, it's Izanami.. But of course he will escaped immediately 'cause he's strongest and smartest you ever know in Narutoverse
