The Full Revival of the Jūbi is the true danger according to Rikūdo Sennin.

Obito however said he doesn't need the Jūbi to be fully revived/at full capacity for Mugen Tsukuyomi:

The Jūbi even without a large portion of Gyūki and Kurama's Chakra can reach its Full and Final Transformation: (given the time and opportunity to transform)

Obito sealed in himself an incomplete/ not fully revived/transformed Jūbi:

Plot and literary progression necessitates the Full Revival of the Jūbi since it has been foreshadowed long ago. Either the Jūbi will fully transform inside Obito and overtake him again, or Naruto and co. Severely injuring Obito will allow Jūbi to escape and reach its final transformation or... Madara's trump card will intentionally/unintentionally facilitate Jūbi reaching its Full and Final Transformation.

The juubi is the final obstacle. Rikudou's backstory should come first as the Juubi enters its final form. I suspect the final transformation to be a cocoon type of thing where he enters his transformation, and emerges after a bit of time.

It gives the fighters a chance to rest and Naruto an opportunity to speak with the sage (in his mind where we might get a few more surprises). Sasuke might get his equivalent power up then as well.

Obito being taken care before any of this of course. Madara is still a wild card for me.

I see Naruto and co (or just Naruto depending on how the plot proceeds) beating Obito to the point where the Juubi takes over and then it is released. In that time we will see its final transformation.

Sounds very reasonable. I've been thinking "shouldn't the full transformation of the Juubi not be able to be controlled by anyone except those with astoundingly-large natural chakra pools?" for quite a while. However...

Was the last part of the Juubi seen on manga pages before Obito sealed it within himself really not the final form? If this was the case, shouldn't Obito have gone on with the transformation much earlier, before Kakashi decided to use Kamui against it? Did Obito's sealing of the Juubi only happen because he was severely injured and needed to move on with the plan quickly?

Both seem to point towards an incomplete Juubi ideal anyway, but it's nice to clear up some questions before continuing with discussion

I've always suspected that Obito will lose control and the Juubi will break free,since Obito isn't as powerful as the SO6P and sooner or later the Juubi will take over.

I'd have to agree. The Juubi is bound to hit its final stage... and when it does either it breaks free, or Obito clears the map of everyone except main characters (not really killing so much as KO'ing).
