I have noticed that there are a lot of similarities between Bellatrix and Palm. For one thing, they look very similar:
Palm:
Bellatrix:
They both are insane and sadistic, with severe anger issues
They both are obsessively in love with their masters
(Note: Bellatrix is married to Rodolphous Lestrange. However she doesn't love him. She married him because pure bloods are expected to marry each other. Bellatrix is clearly in love with Voldemort)
