[Discussion] Pairings

Alright guys, I'm opening a can of worms by asking, but what pairings are you into, if any? Civilized discussion please, no bashing.

I know the series is set up for us to like Eren and Mikasa but I just don't like the idea of them together. That could be that I'm just not a huge fan of Eren. The impulsive idiot that's endearing persona doesn't really work for me. From the initial read through and watching the anime, I found myself hoping something would happen with Levi and Mikasa. I know I'm in the minority, for sure, but that's the impression I get.

I agree, they most certainly are not the focus of the manga and I would be greatly displeased if it was. Annie was always one of the more interesting characters, in my opinion.

Right, it would be pretty annoying if that were the soul focus. Historia and Ymir was probably my favorite friendship so far in the manga. That's going to be hard to top.

I just don't see pairings working out in this manga. It's too dark and not inclined toward romantic feelings. But If I had to choose I would pick Eren/Mikasa.

Eren/Mikasa but I think Levi/Mikasa would make some pretty bad azz kids. I mean a whole family of pro titan hunters
